Groundswell – 28th June 2023: Re-generation Earth, a leading carbon project development company, has today announced the launch of an innovative carbon credit marketplace that offers landowners the opportunity to generate £100 per tonne of carbon.
Unveiled at Groundswell 2023, the groundbreaking new platform enables landowners to sell credits they earn from managing their land in a more sustainable way and puts additional profits back into farmers’ pockets. The company’s pioneering £100/tonne price for carbon credits is the highest return currently available, and will see farmers selling their credits for around 4 or 5 times the current market value elsewhere.
